Refund Policy
All services are provided in accordance with a signed service agreement.
If a client cancels before the full delivery of services, a refund may be issued for any unused portion, minus any amount for services already rendered.
Memberships may be canceled at any time by the client.
Termination of Service Agreement
Either party may terminate the service agreement with at least two (2) business days’ written notice.
Immediate termination may occur in the event of a breach of contract.
If a client is dissatisfied with the service upon completion, Aaron Yost Literacy Coaching will be given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue at no additional charge.
If corrections are deemed acceptable, full payment will be due. If not, the client is only responsible for payment as outlined in the original service agreement, excluding any additional correction services.
Mobile Access
The Aaron Yost Literacy Coaching website may be accessed on mobile devices. However, not all courses or workshops are optimized for mobile use; some must be accessed via a computer.
Standard mobile data rates from your carrier may apply.
